The
Brick Theater, Inc. presents
Introduction to Clown Through Mask
taught by Sue Morrison
at

This
is clowning that builds from the inside out where we begin to discover a personal
mythology that begins to lead us into our clown. This is clown that
speaks to today, not a collection and execution of gags, but the essence of the
performer that must exist before anything. How to stand up in front of an
audience. How to see, and let yourself be seen. Between the panic
and the possibilities is where your clown lives. This is clown that gives us a
larger sense of the divine in each of us, that celebrates our humanness, our
animalness, and the times that we can touch each other in a moment of laughter.
