The Spinner reimagines the Fates from Greek mythology—that trio who determines when we’re born and when we die—as ungodly factory wardens who’ve outsourced their cruel work to mortal garment workers in a 19th century textile mill. Told through a mixture of overhead projector shadow puppetry and shadow mask and featuring an original folk music score by Jared Engel, The Spinner unstitches the lengths we will go to make our fate our own.

Created and Performed by Gaby FeBland & Rosalind Lilly
Music by Jared Engel

You Are Cordially Invited To Elika Strauss’ Birthday Celebration is a ~25 minute horror-comedy play. A pair of creepy twins sing the same birthday song to their sister every year, despite her resistance; but as we pass through each year, we realize Elika may have been an unreliable narrator.
