Gordon is an actor for the stage and screen\, and occasionally uses rap and an alto saxophone to assist his storytelling. Justin enjoys building community centers and teaching folks how to read\, write and be confident.\n\nIG: @detroitgordon\nFB: Justin Gordon Detroit\n*** \n\nDarg Show is the first installment in a series of women performing one-man autobiographical\nshows written by men for themselves\, interspersed with drag king performances of music\nwritten and/or popularized by men. Tori Bentley performs text by John Fugelsang\, Cecilia\nCorrigan performs text by Ian McKellen\, and Sarah Krasnow and Yuri Zupancic video-ify\nFatboy Slim and Meat Loaf. \nSARAH KRASNOW\nSarah is a performer\, writer\, director\, dramaturg\, and French teacher. Recent productions\ninclude Knacked and Secrets of Green-Wood at The Exponential Festival (2020 and 2019\nrespectively) and the new music opera I Looked at the Eclipse at Roulette in 2019. Sarah\nappeared in the 2018 feature film Madame de Void\, directed by Felix Bernstein and Gabe\nRubin\, and performed in and served as dramaturg for the Motherland political satire series by\nperformance artist Cecilia Corrigan. In 2015\, Sarah directed her own translation of Le Problème\nby French playwright François Bégaudeau for the ARACA Project. She unironically loves Meat\nLoaf and is proud to share a birthday with him: September 27. \nTORI BENTLEY\nTori Bentley is New York-born\, Los Angeles-based comedic actor and writer. She loves free food\nand misses live performances. Her background is in clown and stand-up. \nCECILIA CORRIGAN\nCecilia Corrigan is a writer and performer. In 2019\, she received Bedlam Theater\nCompany’s first ever commission\, to write and act in a contemporary\, queer adaptation\nof Molière’s The Misanthrope. Corrigan will play Celimène in the production. While\nwriting the script for The Misanthrope\, Corrigan created an original pilot project\,\ncurrently in development with Andrew Lauren Productions and Killer Films. \nYURI ZUPANCIC\, video artist\nYuri Zupancic (AKA Yuri Z) is an American artist based in Paris. Born in 1980 and\nlargely self-taught\, he creates paintings\, video art\, drawings\, sculptures\, and\ninstallations which often explore the intersections of nature\, technology\, and\ncontemporary philosophy. His video art has been featured in many collaborative\ninstallations and performances with international artists\, musicians\, and dancers and his\nsignature works\, miniature oil paintings on microchips\, are exhibited in galleries\nworldwide. \n*** \n \n\nSimple Town makes comedy in Brooklyn. Their videos have appeared on Adult Swim and NoBudge\, and their plays have been featured in Exponential Festival and Title Point’s ?!: New Works Festival. Simple Town is Ian Faria\, Sam Lanier\, Caroline Yost\, Felipe Di Poi\, and Will Niedmann.\n\n\n***\nJustin is a Brooklyn-based writer\, director\, actor\, and performance artist. He is a Cooperative Member and Artistic Director with AMiOS (amios.nyc)\, and a proud graduate of the National Theatre Conservatory.\n\n***
