Justin enjoys building community centers and teaching folks how to read\, write and be confident.\n\nIG: @detroitgordon\nFB: Justin Gordon Detroit\n*** \nMelissa McClung present Video Sketchbook \n \nDuring this surreal moment in history\, every day comes with a new emotion and a new narrative. If my job as an artist is to reflect the world in real time\, it seems only fitting to “sketch” days as they come and go. My Video Sketchbook is a diary of four months in quarantine\, filtered through my imagination via original footage and animations\, archival footage\, and stock images. In each entry\, I hold moments in my hand and examine them before they shape-shift and flutter away. \n  \nMELISSA McCLUNG is an award-winning filmmaker based in Western Massachusetts. Her short documentary\, LOUIE’S ANTIQUES\, was an Official Selection of the 58th Ann Arbor Film Festival\, the Melbourne Documentary Festival\, and the Ashland Independent Film Festival\, among others\, and it will be preserved in Historic Northampton’s permanent archive. Melissa won three national Hometown Media Awards from the Alliance for Community Media in 2015\, 2016 and 2018; was a 2019 and 2020 finalist for the New England Film Star Award; and has won numerous local awards and grants. In addition to writing and directing films\, Melissa teaches film at Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public High School\, serves on the board of Northampton Open Media\, and co-owns Ghost Hit Recording Studio with her husband\, audio engineer Andrew Oedel. Melissa received her Master of Fine Arts in Film from Vermont College of Fine Arts. \n*** \nJoey Kipp \n \nJoey Kipp was born in Brazil and raised in Mountain View\, California. He received a BA in both Biology and Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in NYC. Upon graduating he received a scholarship to train at the Merce Cunningham School. He has performed works Merce Cunningham\, Robert Battle\, (of Ailvin Ailey American Dance Theater) Peter Kyle\, Ann Liv Young\, niv Acosta\, Stacy Grossfield\, Larissa-Valez Jackson\, Miguel Gutierrez (Bessie Award Winner)\, Josh Weidenmiller\, and luciana achugar (Two time Bessie award winner). Joey joined the Sean Curran Company as an apprentice for their Joyce Season in 2012. \nAfter his apprenticeship he worked on the very early stages of Devotion 4 by Sarah Michelson\,  joined Jody Oberfelder Dance Projects in her immersive dance theater piece 4 CHAMBERS\, and starred as Rob Pilatus in WOW: An Opera based on Milli Vanilli. He was featured as one of Time Out NY’s Favorite Hot Dancers of 2012\, and has been mentioned for his outstanding performances in the NY Times on numerous occasions. He was last seen in Damn Yankees at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse directed by David Lowenstein and Choreographed by Tony Award winner/nominee Scott Wise.
