Please join us in circle and ceremony to invite the sacred and heart-centered medicine of the drum. \nPlease come to receive and release as the Sacred Drum guides us into a deep meditative journey. We will prepare the body for a restorative rest to receive sound\, energetic healing\, and alignment. Please wear comfortable clothes\, and bring a journal.
