It’s served as a showcase for recent graduates in Brooklyn College’s playwriting MFA program\, for the last 15-odd years. Prompted by our recent alumni playwrights\, our festival of five short plays will explore the theme of legacy. Speaking of legacy\, Brooklyn College’s alumni have gone on to produce plays on Broadway\, win the Pulitzer Prize\, and develop their work with production companies like A24. So\, come on down for Weasel Fest and see what’s cooking with the next generation of theatre! \nFind them: @bringaweasel \ncw: allusions to miscarriage/abortion\, mention of suicide\, sexual themes\, abusive relationships\, descriptions of graphic violence \nSpecial Thanks: Brooklyn College English Department\, Brooklyn College Drama Department \n*** \n \nThe Brick is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
