Brick Aux Studio

The beautiful back room of 628 Metropolitan Avenue is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, private gatherings, film shoots, and more. Brick Aux Studio is private, quiet, column-free, and climate controlled.

Please email rentals@bricktheater.com to confirm booking availability. Please provide a brief description of intended use, proposed days/times, number of people accessing the space, and any specific needs. Someone from our team will respond to coordinate.

Studio specs:

Room Dimensions: 25′ x 40′ x 9′ ceiling (7.5′ under the ductwork)
Tables, chairs, rehearsal blocks available
One all-gender restroom
Basic sound system and 12-channel mixer available 
Mounted projector with remote

Private rehearsal rates:

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm: $20/hour
Evenings and weekends: $30/hour

(2 hours minimum)

Public auditions, workshops, readings, film shoots, & event rates:

$50-200/hour depending on intended use of the space

Limited $10 studio hours are available for rehearsals M-F 9-5PM until subsidized hours run out. Subsidized rehearsal hours are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

All rates and agreements are subject to the discretion of The Brick staff.
