As most of you are aware, New York City will require proof of vaccination for indoor performances beginning September 13th. We will be enforcing this policy for all upcoming performances, and ask that all audience members, regardless of vaccination status, remain masked. All staff and performers will be vaccinated, performers may not be masked. Audience can provide proof of vaccination with a government issued I.D. along with a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or the Excelsior Pass App. We are navigating this day to day just like all of you so please be patient with staff when you attend your next Brick event. We love all of you.
NO STATIC AT ALL …
We’re live on the air and anything can happen. Tune in, turn on and surf the airwaves in this kaleidoscopic, audio-driven performance piece. No radio required.
Featuring additional voice over by Alyse Lamb
This little family is covering the news, asking the questions, finding out the secrets, and cleansing you of all pity and fear through the power of song. A play.
Nasty Little Play No. 1 is performed by xander browne, carina goebelbecker, william sydney, and chloé lexia worthington.
Das Sofortvergnügen (THE INSTANT PLEASURE) is brought to you by Cosimo Pori (@cosimopolitan on Instagram) and Travis Amiel (@heytravistravis on Instagram)
Queer failure artist Travis Amiel and the ravishing dancer-poet Cosimo Pori invite you to experience Das Sofortvergnügen (THE INSTANT PLEASURE), a dance-theatre-spectacle about insatiable desires, [in]convenience, and patience.
Featuring original music and madness, H Y P E R F A N T A S I A is a transdisciplinary sci-fi fantasy drag cabaret that begins at the Big Bang and culminates in queer utopia. Hosted by Tiresias, the blind prophet of the Underworld, this miniature epic draws on new evolutionary theories and ancient queer wisdom to dismantle the survival-of-the-fittest paradigm in celebration of extravagance, impracticality, inefficiency, and camp.
?!:New Works is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
