Sunday, November 1, 2020 we are happy to welcome Garlan Jude Brosnahan:
Garlan Jude Brosnahan (they/them) is a third year teacher trainee of the Alexander Technique and a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
They are a performer who seeks to imbue within folx the tools to open themselves up to greater awareness and ability to self-sustain conscious thought around opening and releasing within their somatic psycho-physical self; infinite connection within the self and what is around the self with no judgment.
A sense of listening and connecting.
During this electoral period, a moment to pause and connect to the breath, which can connect us to ourselves and to our community.
