***
In celebration of Julia’s newest stage text Respairation being published in THE MORTALITY SHOT, a hybrid collection of her writing including also essays and stories, meditating directly or indirectly on mortality, we are presenting the plays FIRST live in-person reading at Brick Aux – 628 Metropolitan.
Featuring an exquisite cast of actors: Mia Anderson, Julia Brothers, Alyssa Simon, Eva van Dok, and Stephanie Willing.
The reading will be followed by Julia in conversation with Adam McGovern (critic, writer and all round good human, who wrote the foreword) and book signing (books will be available for sale or you can bring books purchased in advance).

For more about the book and the author, you can go to Julia’s site: theunadaptedones.com
Please RSVP at TheUnadaptedOnes@gmail.com – the event is free (though donations are gratefully accepted), but space is limited, so an RSVP is safest way to guarantee a chair.
Latecomers will be seated if possible, though may need to hover in the back.
PLEASE NOTE: masks will be required in the performance space in order that this event be safely accessible to all, including the actors. Thank you for being kind in these trying times.
