Spend time with mutual aid group Helpers International as they host Buddhist, community healing practitioner Eli Ryn Brown, visiting all the way from Chicago. Eli will be holding space for our collective grief with two 90 minute meditation sessions at 2:30 and 7:30pm, each lasting 90 minutes. There will be – drumming, chanting, grief work, embodiment practice, heartbreak practice, guided meditation, prayers for Palestine.
90 minute guided practice meant for folks to hold each other in their grief and energize each other for the work of liberation / revolution
Tickets by donation, found below. Free options for those without funds. Proceeds will go towards mutual aid for Palestine.
Before the mediation you are invited to come to the space for free and peruse through our selection of vendors. There will be tattoo’s, jewelry, clothing, and so much more! It’ll be a super cute way to start your night before the night time madness.
So please, come relax with us and find your center amidst all this horror. Let’s release and ground and feel and lift eachother up. We would LOVE to see you there 🙂
A percentage of proceeds will go towards helping efforts in Palestine.
