In this session Eli will lead us through a Medicine Buddha meditation session involving mantra chanting, visualization, and embodiment practices. We will connect to the deep blue healing of this protector deity in hopes of fortifying our revolutionary spirits and grounding in agency. Please bring a pillow, cushion or mat to sit on. Chairs will also be provided!
