This session will include the offering of breathwork, Black Spirituals, Buddhist chanting, and guided meditation sessions working with Mother Harriet Tubman as a Protector Deity. As an ancestral lineage elder to all Abolitionists, we will use her life, wisdom, and elder guidance to ground us in liberatory practice while building a toolkit to move communally in deep, expansive grief. Please bring a cushion, yoga or blanket to sit on – chairs will also be provided!
